The ideal candidate is motivated and had proven sales and customer management experience. Proven marketing communication experience and knowledge of Christian churches and church leadership are essential. Candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience and a bachelor’s degree.

Job Description. 
Account Executives are responsible for initiating and building customer relationships while portraying the company’s vision and servicing needs for products and services. The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and peers is required. Tact and diplomacy with both internal and external customers is essential. As a result, the incumbent must build and maintain strong and effective working relationships internally with the sales and the production teams. Intermediate to expert level MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Access skills are necessary. Will prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent telephone and order entry skills are required, along with contact database management proficiency; familiarity with church structure is helpful.

Duties for the Account Executive include but are not limited to:
  • Having a great attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Exceeding goals and expectations.
  • Contributing to product development.
  • Advancing marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Managing sales cycles.
  • Ensuring quotas for service volume and timelines are met.
  • Averaging 75 contacts per day.
  • Receiving inbound calls, emails and handling information requests.
  • Conducting customer surveys.
  • Gathering and communicating appropriate information.
  • Written correspondence and word processing.
  • Data entry and ongoing database maintenance.
  • Educating customers on products and special offers.
